Baulieu and his co-workers were creating a new drug, however they needed more finances to develop such a drug... so he invested in them.

He managed UBS Warburg’s French-speaking markets of France, Belgium, as well as Quebec. In 1999, Goldman Sachs (GMS) offered Charles Rosier a new job opportunity. He became their Managing Director. He is popular as being the most skilled bankers in over 15 years.

From 1997 to 2009, Charles Rosier filled the role of Debt Capital Manager of SBC Warburg. He also worked at Lehman Brothers where he started his career as an investment banker.
